it is very dificult to get an appointment here on the day ou ring. I have since moved to east lynne beacuse when I ring i can get an appointment without waiting

The fact that you can always get an appointment on the day you choose and you .are not left hanging on the phone for long periods before it is answered. The Doctors, Nurses, other medical assistants and Receptionist are always friendly and helpful. The only thing I would like to see is the banning of Mobile phones in the Reception area.

Walked in to open surgery at 10.10am. Saw the Doctor at 10.30am and was having an ECG at 11.10 and bloods taken at 11.25am. Excellent service. Thank you.
